Leaflytics is a product of Fallen Leaf Design LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”). We take privacy seriously — both yours and your website visitors’. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights.

Information we collect about you (Leaflytics customers)

When you sign up for Leaflytics, we collect:

  • Your name and email address
  • Your company/business name
  • Your website URL
  • Billing information (processed securely via our payment provider)
  • Communications you send us

We use this information to provide and improve our service, process payments, and communicate with you about your account.

Information collected by Leaflytics (your website visitors)

Leaflytics is designed to be privacy-first. When you install Leaflytics on your website, we collect anonymous, aggregated data about your visitors. We do not:

  • Use cookies
  • Collect personal data (PII)
  • Track visitors across different websites
  • Sell or share data with third parties
  • Build advertising profiles

What we do collect:

  • Page views and session duration
  • Referrer information (where visitors came from)
  • Device type, browser, and operating system
  • Country and general location (city-level, derived from IP address)
  • Custom events you configure (e.g. button clicks, form submissions)

IP addresses are processed in real-time to determine location but are not stored. Individual visitors cannot be identified from the data we collect.

For WooCommerce stores with e-commerce tracking enabled, we also collect order data (products, order value, etc.) directly from your store’s database — not from the visitor’s browser.

How we store your data

All data is stored on servers located in Germany, within the European Union. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your data.

We retain analytics data for 2 years. You can export your data at any time from your dashboard.

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Correct any inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate Leaflytics:

  • Payment processing: GoCardless
  • Email: Microsoft
  • Hosting: Hetzner (Germany)
  • CRM: Accelo

We do not share your data with any third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We’ll notify you of significant changes via email or through the Leaflytics dashboard.
