These terms govern your use of Leaflytics, a web analytics service provided by Fallen Leaf Design LTD (“we”, “us”, “our”), registered in England and Wales.

By using Leaflytics, you agree to these terms. 

The service

Leaflytics provides website analytics and, for WooCommerce stores, e-commerce tracking. We provide:

  • Installation and configuration of tracking on your website
  • Access to your analytics dashboard
  • Data storage and retention for up to 2 years
  • Ongoing support and maintenance

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

Your responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account information
  • Maintain the security of your login credentials
  • Use Leaflytics only on websites you own or have permission to track
  • Comply with all applicable privacy laws (including GDPR) when using our service
  • Not use Leaflytics for any unlawful purpose

You are responsible for ensuring your website’s privacy policy accurately describes your use of analytics tools, including Leaflytics.

Payment and billing

Leaflytics is a subscription service billed monthly/annually. Payment is due in advance.

  • Prices are in GBP and exclude VAT where applicable
  • We may change pricing with 30 days’ notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Data ownership

Your data belongs to you. We process it on your behalf to provide the service.

You can export your data at any time. Upon cancellation, we delete your data from our servers within 7 days unless you request otherwise.

Intellectual property

Leaflytics, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Fallen Leaf Design LTD. Your subscription grants you a licence to use the service — not ownership of any part of it.

Limitation of liability

Leaflytics is provided “as is”. While we work hard to ensure accuracy and uptime, we cannot guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted service
  • Complete accuracy of all analytics data
  • Compatibility with every website configuration

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fallen Leaf Design LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Leaflytics.

Our total liability is limited to the fees you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us.

We may terminate or suspend your account if you breach these terms, with or without notice depending on the severity.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Leaflytics after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
